On 18 October 2026, Allspice Dining had the pleasure of being part of Steven & Michelle’s wedding celebration at The Royal Santrian in Bali, providing a curated Food & Beverage experience for approximately 100 guests. From a beautiful water wedding ceremony by the infinity pool to a garden wedding reception at Ulu Shanti Garden, the celebration brought together a stunning setting, heartfelt moments, and a vibrant culinary experience.

A Beautiful Celebration by the Infinity Pool

The celebration began with a water wedding ceremony set against the stunning infinity pool, creating a distinctive atmosphere for Steven & Michelle’s special day. Surrounded by the beauty of Bali, the ceremony provided a memorable setting for the couple to exchange their vows and celebrate their love with family and friends.

Following the ceremony, guests gathered at Ulu Shanti Garden for the wedding reception, where the celebration continued in a relaxed and welcoming outdoor setting.

For the reception, Allspice Dining provided Food & Beverage services designed to complement the occasion and bring guests together through food and drinks.

A dedicated bar station offered guests a selection of refreshing beverages throughout the celebration, while the food stalls added an engaging culinary element to the reception.

One of the highlights was the live cooking experience, where dishes were prepared on-site, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared food while experiencing the energy and interaction of a live culinary station. This combination of food stalls, live cooking, and beverage service created a dynamic dining atmosphere that encouraged guests to mingle, connect, and savour the celebration.

Serving approximately 100 guests, the Food & Beverage setup was arranged to support the flow of the reception while making food and drinks an integral part of the wedding experience.
